Order number is optional. For an existing order, it helps us find your purchase. For product questions or help before buying, leave it blank. Include the product name and a short description of what you need. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.
A few quick answers
Where is my digital download?
After a successful purchase, your selected package's download links are sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam and promotions folders as well. Save the files for your personal study. Digital editions do not include a shipped book. If the email is missing or a link does not work, send us a message below. Include your order number if available.
What does my Package include?
The product page lists every included guide and the optional add-ons. Choose the Package that names the files you want. Guide-only does not include paid flashcards, cheat sheets, a separate planner or a practice workbook. If you buy a bundle, compare its contents before buying the same individual guides again.
Do you sell printed books?
Printed CPA and Enrolled Agent editions are being prepared and are not yet available to order. Each book will be printed brand new after purchase, then shipped. The planned delivery estimate is 10 to 12 business days, including production and transit, with final timing shown on the printed product page before launch. A matching digital edition will be included after successful payment so you can study while you wait. A product labeled Digital Edition by itself is a download, not a printed book.
Which materials should I choose?
Start with your exam and level, then compare individual sections and sets. You can add multiple products to one order. Check bundle contents to avoid buying the same files twice. NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN materials are different.
A file will not open or something looks incorrect.
Tell us your order number if available, the affected file name, the device or PDF reader you are using, and what happened. For a content question, include the page number and a short description. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads or printed books. Please review the format and Package contents before purchase. For a delivery or file-access problem, contact us for help.
How do I check the edition?
Each product page shows its last content update month. The current content label is October 2026. Check the applicable exam window and the edition notes inside your guide. Independent study materials do not guarantee a passing result or replace official exam-provider information.
