These terms apply to purchases from BusyExamPrep. Review the product format, exam section, edition and Package contents before placing an order.

Products and Package choices

A product labeled Digital Edition is a digital download, not a shipped book. Each Package includes only the files named in that option and the product description. Optional flashcards, cheat sheets, planners and practice workbooks are included only when the selected Package lists them. Buying overlapping individual guides and bundles may duplicate files, so compare the contents before checkout.

Printed previews are not offers to supply a book unless the printed product is available to purchase with its production, shipping and delivery details shown. Digital delivery is separate from any future printed-book fulfillment.

Prices and checkout

Prices are shown in the storefront's displayed currency. The selected Package determines the price. Any applicable taxes and other checkout charges are shown before payment. Please check your selected products, quantities, Package names and total before submitting an order.

Provide an accurate email address at checkout so that order confirmations and digital access links can reach you. If you enter the wrong address, contact us with your order information. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Digital delivery and access

After successful payment, digital access is sent to the email address used at checkout. Available downloads can also appear on your order page. Email processing or provider filtering may delay receipt. Check spam and promotions folders, and contact us if your files are missing or inaccessible.

Save your files to your own device for personal study. Download links may have an access limit. An email or access link is not a promise of permanent online storage. If you reach a limit or a link fails, contact us with the order number and affected file name so that we can review the issue.

For the original purchaser's personal study only. Making copies for other people, or sharing files or download links with anyone else, is not allowed. Read our Terms of Use.

All sales are final

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads or printed books.

For a missing, damaged or inaccessible file, contact us for help. The full policy is on our Refund Policy page. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of study materials

Materials are independent supplementary educational resources for personal study. They are not official publications, professional advice, a complete preparation course or a guarantee of exam success. Read the edition scope, disclaimer and license inside each file and our Terms of Use. In-file notices remain unchanged.

Content revisions

The last content update shown on a product page identifies the edition review. Rules and exam requirements can change. Verify the applicable tested period and official sources. A purchase does not include future editions or automatic updates unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. For product questions, order help or a correction report, use Order support. Include your order number when available.

Applicable rights and changes

These terms are subject to rights and remedies that apply by law and cannot be excluded. Changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date. Keep the order confirmation and the terms that accompanied your purchase for your records.
