Independent educational materials
BusyExamPrep provides supplementary study notes and original practice exercises. Materials may use public-source research and AI-assisted drafting and review. They are not official exam publications, a complete preparation course, personalized professional advice or a promise of exam success.
Exam and organization names identify the subject being studied. BusyExamPrep is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or approved by the exam providers or professional organizations named in its materials. Practice exercises are not intended to reproduce official or recalled exam questions.
Your personal study license
For the original purchaser's personal study only. Making copies for other people, or sharing files or download links with anyone else, is not allowed.
Digital materials are licensed to the original purchaser for personal study. You may save them to your own devices and print them for your own study where the file's terms permit. Do not share download links, upload protected material to a shared drive or public website, redistribute it, resell digital copies or publish protected portions without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Nothing here claims exclusive rights in laws, facts, public-domain government material or third-party marks. Third-party sources remain subject to their own rights and terms. These terms do not restrict fair use, other lawful exceptions, or lawful resale or lending of a physical copy.
Study the applicable edition and tested period
Tax rules, accounting standards, clinical guidance and exam requirements can change. A product's content update date identifies its edition review, not a guarantee that every statement remains current. Check the tested year, effective dates, exam window and scope notes inside your guide. Verify important information against the relevant official sources.
Worked examples simplify their stated facts for learning. Do not use an exam example as instructions for a real tax return, client engagement, patient-care decision or other professional matter. Obtain qualified advice when needed.
Accuracy, outcomes and updates
Errors, omissions and simplified explanations may remain despite review. BusyExamPrep does not promise perfect accuracy, exhaustive coverage, a passing result or that a practice score predicts an official score. Buying an edition does not include automatic future editions or updates unless the product page expressly offers them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not excuse misleading product claims or replace rights you have under applicable law.

Read the full disclaimer and terms included with each product. The original notices in the supplied files remain unchanged. These store terms explain the general study license and do not remove rights or protections stated in those notices.
